1. Purpose

VISIOTEL is a free application that gives access to a catalogue of documentary films about heritage sites, produced by Visiotel and published by Box Telecom. Using the application implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Access and cost

The application is free of charge and requires no account. Data charges from your mobile operator remain your responsibility. Access to the catalogue requires an internet connection.

3. Intellectual property

All films, images, texts, trademarks and logos in the application are the exclusive property of Visiotel or its rights holders. Any reproduction, public performance, downloading, extraction or redistribution, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

4. Permitted use

The application is provided for private, personal viewing. Any commercial exploitation, public screening or broadcast requires a separate licence, which may be requested from the address given in the Contact section.

7. Liability

The application is provided as is. Box Telecom cannot be held liable for any interruption of service, playback error, or damage resulting from use of the application, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

8. Changes

These terms may be amended. The version in force is the one published in the application at the time of use. Substantial changes will be announced within the application.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Box Telecom’s registered office. Any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to you.
